Kevin Lim is the lead consultant and team leader of Premium Realty. An engineer by training, Kevin ventured into financial risk management which then led him to find his calling in the real estate industry.

As an eminent real estate professional with a wealth of knowledge, Kevin helps his clients achieve exceptional returns on their investments and provides long-term after-sales advice in their assets planning and progression needs to keep them ahead always.

Currently, Kevin has committed himself to helping clients make more informed decisions in their real estate ventures, by leveraging on advanced automated A.I tools and comprehensive market information.

Besides investment and corporate sales, Kevin also assists clients in acquiring their coveted residences in new launches through project sales that uniquely match their requirements, while also providing related services such as leasing, disposal & acquisition of assets, and landed redevelopment advisory etc.

Janet brings an informed perspective to realty with a Double Degree in Economics and Mathematics and more than 10 years of professional experience in the financial and marketing industry. Her extensive knowledge in land redevelopment feasibility studies and also professional execution of en bloc sales makes her a valuable asset to our team and our clients.

Kenny Poh

Having graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Management, Kenny has garnered an extensive experience in secondary sales across property segments, and has also transacted numerous collective sales and en bloc sales by way of private treaty and public tender. Kenny currently advises and assists our investors in their search for investment properties, aided by his specialized acumen in seeking properties with excellent investments returns and en bloc potential.

Peggy Chan

Peggy has held senior positions with many years of experience at organizations in the area of development control guidelines and application procedures. Her knowledge and expertise makes her incredibly capable in accessing allowable development proposals based on statutory Master Plan provision and the prevailing guidelines.

Chen Seh Choong

With over 20 years of experience in Investment and Banking working with a focus on asset finance at well-known American financial institutions, Seh Choong is exceptionally proficient in advising your company on structuring and monetizing portfolios of investment assets. He is aided by his impeccable qualifications with a Master’s Degree in Applied Finance from the University of Adelaide and a BSc in Economics from the University of London.
